Developed in collaboration with Progressive Metal guitarist Per Nillson (Scar Symmetry, Meshuggah), the STRANDBERG Boden Singularity NX7 7-String (BD7HCT-25SG-L-A-SBK) is a seven-string multi-scale solid body electric guitar with fanned frets.

It combines impeccable lutherie (basswood body, Ash top, torrefied maple bolt-on neck, 24-fret Ebonol fingerboard) with a set of Lundgren Anomaly AlNiCo 5 humbucking pickups that reveal every nuance of your playing. Ebonol is a synthetic/high-pressure laminated material made from layers of paper and phenolic resin, offering visual and sonic characteristics similar to Ebony. Often used in the design of bowed string and wind instruments (notably clarinets, and for fretless bass fingerboards), an instrument equipped with a multi-scale fingerboard with fanned frets offers two major advantages: - optimized string tension for modern tuning (down-tuning) while maintaining optimal intonation - less muscle and tendon stress.
