Synthesizer

The Suzuki Omnichord OM-108 Red is aimed at inquisitive musicians, composers and creators in search of a simple, expressive and immediately inspiring instrument. This red limited edition, from the 2024 reissue, takes up the iconic color of the original 1981 model. Compact, self-contained and intuitive, the Omnichord lets you create and accompany a song in seconds, without any prior technical knowledge.

Features

Harp Sensor: play without technical training

The famous strumplate lets you generate arpeggios and notes simply by sliding your finger. Select a chord and play instantly. Ideal for accompanying a voice, composing quickly or improvising without using a traditional keyboard.

108 built-in chords for true harmonic freedom

With 108 available chords, including sus4 and add9, you can explore rich progressions without complexity. Perfect for enriching your compositions, creating original moods or breaking out of classic harmonic patterns.

Straightforward sound generation

The 10 built-in sounds, each accompanied by a sub-voice, offer a clear and efficient sound palette. The Layer function lets you combine two sounds to instantly thicken your arrangements, without menus or screens.

Built-in rhythms to structure your ideas

10 built-in rhythms turn the Omnichord into a real accompaniment tool. Lay down a rhythmic base, play your chords and develop a complete musical idea, alone or in a group.

An autonomous, nomadic instrument

Battery-powered and equipped with built-in speakers, the OM-108 can be used anywhere. Whether you're at home, rehearsing or on the road, there's no constraint on your playing. Connected to an amp or headphones, it's equally at home in the studio or live on stage.

MIDI output for extended possibilities

The MIDI output lets you control external synths, modules or software. The Omnichord thus becomes an expressive controller, ideal for composers and producers wishing to integrate its unique playing into a modern setup.
