Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS20L LH - black

The YAMAHA Revstar Standard RSS20L (BL) is a left-handed chambered solid body electric guitar featuring a mahogany body with maple top, a three-piece mahogany set neck with 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (scale 24.75"), custom humbucking pickups with AlNiCo V magnets and a push/pull tone control that activates a passive boost (generates an effect identical to that obtained with over-wound pickups: more present highs, denser mids and lows).

Introduced in 2015, the Revstar series has won over musicians with instruments that combine the firm's expertise in electric guitars, and the motorcycle engineering and design of the Yamaha Motor Co. The Revstar 2022 range is subdivided into three families: Element, Standard, and Professional produced by hand in Japan.
All models feature "chambered" bodies whose characteristics have been developed according to Yamaha's proprietary Acoustic Design process. Using sophisticated measurement and modeling tools, this technology optimizes the resonance of the instrument, while reducing its weight and improving ergonomics and playing comfort.
