Alexander pedals Radical Delay DX

4 years after the release of the first generation, the new Radical Delay DX integrates Alexander Pedals' Neo series and lets you enjoy up to 5 seconds of delay.

The Radical Delay DX offers six delay modes whose bandwidth can be adjusted between 16 kHz and 1 kHz via the Clock potentiometer: Mod: a digital delay with modulation; the Tweak control adjusts the modulation depth and Alt the speed Bend: a pitch-shifted delay with interval selection and shifter placement before or after the delay Dual: a two-tap delay line whose second tap time and feedback can be controlled Rev: an inverted delay with the ability to generate tap-stop effects, and Alt for mixing the inverted delay with the normal delay Arp: a chiptune-style arpeggiator delay whose arpeggiation speed you can control (Tweak) and choose from eight scales (Alt) Dyna: a dynamic delay that reacts to your attack and whose sweep and direction you can control with Tweak and volume sensitivity with Alt In addition, you benefit from four presets, and even 16 if you use a MIDI controller. A tap tempo footswitch is included, a Hold Option switch lets you cycle sub-divisions of the delay or trigger the Neo morphing function, and like the other pedals in the series, you're entitled to a MIDI-supported USB port for updating the pedal firmware, two outputs, an input for expression, footswitch or MIDI pedals, and the Neo Morph for controlling all parameters from a pedal.
