The BENSON AMPS Jessica Dobson's Deep Sea Diver Fuzz-Echo pedal is the signature model of the American singer and multi-instrumentalist heard with Beck, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and most recently on her Deep Sea Diver project.
One of Jessica Dobson's favorite pedal configurations is the chaining of her echoes upstream of her saturation pedals. The BENSON AMPS Jessica Dobson's Deep Sea Diver Fuzz-Echo pedal achieves these sounds, with the added option of choosing the order of the two effects (hold the switch down while connecting the power cable - green LED fuzz upstream - orange LED echo upstream).
The Fuzz mode is inspired by a Bender circuit with three transistors, allowing you to go from a simple treble booster to thick, dark saturation. It has been optimized to work in perfect symbiosis with the Delay mode (connected in series). This is based on a PT2399 schematic, maximized for a perfect marriage with fuzz. The Deep Sea Diver Fuzz-Echo is compatible with guitar, bass, synth and other instruments.
