Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
Based on a new approach to the legendary green overdrive from 1979, the SideArm lets you customize your saturated sound to accompany the rest of your setup. The classic green pedal includes a combination of filters to give it that distinctive sound, and all of these have been carefully tuned to push this circuit even further, refining the Mids setting and revisiting the Tone setting. The SideArm's "hump" is at 1 kHz, but its Mids setting is at the typical "green" frequency of 720 Hz, allowing you to increase or decrease this band at will. The Tone control increases bass and cuts treble when turned down, and has the opposite effect when turned up. This control is centered at 1 kHz, like the "hump", allowing you to fine-tune the frequency response and recover treble or thicken the sound if you're connected to your amp's clean channel.
