Cordoba Stage - black burst

Following in the footsteps of the remarkable Godin© Multiac©, the CORDOBA Stage (Black Burst) is a preamplified nylon-string guitar that perfectly combines the sound and handling characteristics of a classic and a solid-body electric.

It features a solid mahogany body with 38 mm-thick acoustic chambers, a solid spruce top with figured maple veneer, a glued mahogany neck, and an Ebony fingerboard with 22 frets.
The Ebony fingerboard noticeably and musically compresses the sound, a parameter that may prove interesting in certain musical contexts.
In the end, this combination of woods produces warm, rich and dynamic tones, with present mid-range frequencies and a subtle extra brilliance and precision thanks to the spruce top and ebony fingerboard. It reacts remarkably well to the nuances of the musician's playing.

The Fishman Stage Pickup System, which mixes an under-saddle piezo pickup with body sensors, faithfully reproduces the Stage's natural temperament. Whether on stage or in the studio, it's easy to use thanks to three fundamental settings: pickup balance, volume and equalization.
