If the DIMARZIO Evolution Bridge DP159 Humbucker (BK) humbucking pickup is right for Steve Vai, we can only hope it's right for most of us; it also works perfectly well on a variety of solid and hollow bodies. The neck (DP158) sounds thick and dynamic with a medium output level; the bridge (DP159) is straight and aggressive with a medium + output level. They offer richer harmonics than many other humbucking pickups.
