The EASTMAN Truetone Satin AC222 CE (Classic) is a Grand Auditorium-style electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar with cutaway. It features a solid Sitka Spruce top, solid Ovangkol body, mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard and Fishman Sonitone system (volume and tone controls in the soundhole) to facilitate quality recordings.
Ovangkol is an African relative of Rosewood, whose essential properties it shares, with a significantly more generous midrange and more prominent treble, though less prominent than Maple's. Delivered in an Eastman gig bag.
