The EASTMAN Traditional Truetone Gloss E1D-Special is a Dreadnought-style steel-string acoustic guitar of formidable build. Its solid Sitka spruce top is treated with "Thermo Cure", an accelerated wood-drying process that gives it the acoustic virtues of vintage instruments.
Solid Sapele back and sides, Mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard. Sold with Eastman gig bag. Sapele is a perfect substitute for Mahogany, both in appearance and sound, though considerably more crystalline due to its significantly greater rigidity.
