Compatible with vocals and many instruments (bass, drums...), the ECHO FIX EF-P5 FET Compressor is a 100% analog studio-grade compressor developed for audio professionals. Based on high-performance input and output transformers, the EF-P5 delivers the rich, warm and dynamic compression characteristic of FET circuits. Equally at home in recording, mixing and live situations, the EF-P5 uses analog signal processing and controls that are as efficient as they are intuitive. The range of attack and release parameters is wider than in traditional FET compressors. There's also a MIX setting to handle parallel compression, a High-Pass filter to preserve low-frequency clarity, and switchable ratios of 4:1, 8:1, 12:1, and 20:1 for maximum flexibility.
