Effects processor
nvelope is a discrete Class-A analog transient processor, designed to precisely sculpt attack and sustain. It is designed for mixing, recording and sound design, on individual tracks, buses or masters. Fast, musical and extremely flexible, it can transform a signal without resorting to conventional compression. A reference tool for shaping energy and groove.
Features
Direct control of attack and sustain
The Attack and Sustain controls let you accentuate or attenuate the impact and sustain of the signal. You can add punch to a snare drum, shorten a resonance or densify a source, without pumping.
Simple, immediate Full Range mode
Processing acts independently of level. You get the result you want quickly, without complex adjustments. Freq A filter limits the influence of bass on the attack, for a cleaner sound.
Dual Band mode for targeted work
The spectrum is separated into attack and sustain. You have precise control over the areas processed, reducing artifacts on complex signals. Ideal for drums, percussion and rich sources.
Auto Gain for controlled levels
In Full Range, Auto Gain automatically compensates for peaks due to attack emphasis. Output level remains stable, without distortion or excessive variations.
Integrated creative EQ mode
The nvelope can function as a shelving equalizer. You can adjust treble and bass with character, in stereo or double mono. A highly musical and effective alternative.
Advanced routing and maximum flexibility
Each channel can operate independently or in linked stereo. You can combine envelope processing and equalization, or chain channels for unique creative processing.

FAQ
What is the purpose of a transient processor?
It allows you to control attack and sustain without compressing the signal, ideal for shaping punch and dynamics.
Is it just for drums?
No. It works equally well on basses, guitars, synths, vocals and full busses.
Can it be used on the master?
Yes, with subtlety. It allows you to adjust the overall impact without crushing the dynamics.
What's the difference with a compressor?
The nvelope acts on the shape of the sound, not on its overall level. The result is more direct and natural.
What is its budget positioning?
This is a high-end processor, ideal for the advanced home studio or professional studio.
