Electric guitar amp head
An evolution of the current production E606, theENGL Ironball E606SE Special Edition Head is a compact, highly functional tube amp head for electric guitar. Its power stage, equipped with two EL84s, delivers 20 watts (a powersoak circuit allows it to be switched to 1 watt, 5 watt or silent mode). This system will prove extremely useful for home use or studio recording.
Two channels (Clean, Crunch) let you navigate from crystal-clear clean sounds to modern, potentially metal-like saturation.
The Master Volume Boost (M.V.B.) circuit, activated by an optional footswitch (Engl Z-9), will come in handy for bringing out a solo from the mix, for example.
The rear panel features numerous controls. Reverb effects, delay (three dedicated controls for the latter), noise gate, eight-position IR selector for Line Out (with possibility of loading others via USB), serial tube effects loop, headphone jack, MIDI interface for remote control.
