The EPIPHONE Inspired By Gibson SJ-200 Studio EC (EASJ2CANNH1) electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar is a mainstream reinterpretation of the vintage Gibson SJ-200 of the 1950s (the back and sides of models produced before 1947 were made of Rosewood, replaced by Maple after that date).
This democratic "King of the Flat-Tops" features a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides (laminated), mahogany neck (1960s SlimTaper D profile), Indian rosewood fingerboard and Fishman system.
This seductive SJ-200 Studio produces beautiful, full-bodied, clear tones in an intermediate line between the emblematic Gibson J-200 and Hummingbird, with a cutaway for optimized access to the treble register, and a Fishman Presys II preamp for easy amplification in concert or studio.
