The EPIPHONE Inspired By Gibson SJ-200 Studio electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar (EASJ2ANNH1) is a mainstream reinterpretation of the vintage Gibson SJ-200 of the 1950s (the back and sides of models produced before 1947 were made of Rosewood, replaced by Maple after that date).
This democratic "King of the Flat-Tops" features a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides (laminated), mahogany neck (1960s SlimTaper D profile), Indian rosewood fingerboard and Fishman system (S-Core pickup, Presys VT Preamp with volume and tone knobs on the inner edge of the soundhole) for high-quality recordings on stage or in the studio.
This seductive SJ-200 Studio produces beautiful, full-bodied, clear tones in an intermediate line between the emblematic Gibson J-200 and Hummingbird.
