The solid body electric guitar FENDER Limited Edition American Ultra Stratocaster (0118012742) is a vintage/modern model, in keeping with the Fender tradition but also capable of meeting the demands of professional musicians. Its body is made of Alder and its fingerboard of Roasted Maple, set with 22 medium-jumbo frets. Its neck is particularly comfortable, with a hybrid Modern D gauge, polished fret edges, a mixed 10/14" radius and a contoured neck heel for easy access to high notes.
The Ultra Noiseless Vintage single-coil pickups combined with sophisticated wiring (S-1 switch doubling the possibilities) offer a vast collection of typically Fender original or more contemporary tones, what's more with no background noise. In addition to giving the wood an elegant patina, the torrefaction process improves the instrument's stability, sustain, clarity and resonance, while protecting it from thermal variations, humidity and mildew. Delivered in a Fender hardshell case.
