The FENDER American Performer Mustang Bass solidbody electric bass (0198620357) is a vintage/modern model somewhere between Mexican and Standard USA production. It combines traditional features (alder body, bolt-on maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, short 30" scale) with more contemporary ones (9.5" radius, Mustang + Jazz Bass pickup configuration). New Fender Yosemite pickups were developed for the occasion, particularly rich and expressive with a consistent output level. In addition, the circuit features the Greasebucket tone system (only on the bridge pickup). Delivered in a Fender gig bag.
