Available as a limited edition in a classic vintage Fiesta Red finish (with a rosewood fingerboard), the FENDER Limited Edition Player II Modified Telecaster (0147450340) carries on the tradition of the popular Fender Standard electric guitars and basses made in Mexico.
Combining traditional and more contemporary features, the Player II Modified Telecaster stays true to the essence of the original Tele, while offering greater tonal flexibility and remarkable playing comfort.

Compared to a vintage-style model, its tonal range is expanded thanks to its 22-fret (medium-jumbo) fingerboard and its Player II Noiseless pickups, which possess the authentic character of old-school singlecoils but without their characteristic buzz (caused by the disturbance of the magnetic field created by the magnet, which results in a variation in magnetic flux within the coil).
The push/pull tone knob allows you to activate both pickups simultaneously with a series wiring configuration.
The “treble bleed” circuit associated with the volume knob limits the attenuation of high frequencies when the volume knob is turned down, providing more gradual and natural control.
