FREE THE TONE 's compact Crunchy Chime CC-1B Booster pedal (for guitar and bass) is an evolution of the original Final Booster, enriched with new features. In short, the CC-1B is a clean boost enhanced by an EQ circuit that allows you to boost and optimize your sound. The Boost parameter adjusts the overall level of the effect, the Bass/Treble EQ and the Mode mini-switch extends the frequency response.

It's possible to place the Crunchy Chime before saturation pedals, to add a "breakup" effect to your sound. However, you'll get the best results by placing it at the end of the chain. The Crunchy Chime will give you extra volume and harmonic content (particularly in the upper end of the spectrum).
