Gibson Hummingbird Studio Walnut - satin natural

Following in the footsteps of the benchmark Hummingbird, the GIBSON Modern Acoustic Hummingbird Studio Walnut (MCSSHSWSAN) is a Dreadnought "Square Shoulders" steel-string acoustic guitar.
Solid Sitka spruce top, solid American walnut back and sides, and LR Baggs Element Bronze system (volume and tone in the soundhole). The walnut has a hybrid character between rosewood, mahogany and maple, with magnificent clarity. The nitrocellulosevarnish, as on vintage Gibson instruments, plays a major role in the instrument's "breathing" thanks to its porous nature (vibrations are not muffled by the varnish). On the other hand, this varnish is relatively sensitive to contact with the plastics and foams of certain stands, as well as to certain cleaning products that are too detergent. To avoid damaging your guitar, we recommend Hercules stands, whose foams have a specially studied non-abrasive formula.
