Folk guitar

Produced from 1932 to 1945 in its first version, the L-00 was at the time the most democratic model of the compact steel-string acoustic guitars in the L Small Body series (initiated at the beginning of the 20th century). The GIBSON Custom Shop L-00 Standard (SBLEWPPSL1253) continues this tradition in an evolution optimized by modern production techniques. It has the essential features of the original, with all-solid-wood construction (Sitka spruce top, mahogany back/ sides/neck, rosewood fingerboard), enhanced by the functionality of an on-board preamplifier (LR Baggs VTC).
