From rock to blues to country, the GODIN Session Ltd (Desert Red HG) is a solid body electric guitar with tonal versatility, style and value, all in one instrument that won't break the bank.
The Session features a rock maple neck with rosewood or maple fingerboard, Canadian Laurentian Basswood body, 2x Godin GS-1 single-coils housed in a vintage white pickguard and a Seymour Duncan SH-11 humbucker in the bridge, along with a 5-way switch, 1x volume and 1x push/pull tone knob that splits the humbucker.

Une guitare de grande qualité.

Il est dommage que la marque GODIN ne soit pas plus connue car, à tarif égal, elle surpasse sans problème certaines autres guitares que j'ai (ou j'ai pu avoir) entre les mains.
Lutherie impeccable.
Sonorité strat', sans surprise avec deux micros manche et middle qui sonne assez "moderne".
Le double SDuncan splitable apporte une versatilité appréciable pour ceux qui ne veulent/peuvent pas changer de guitare entre chaque morceaux ou plans.

Côté confort, rien à dire. Manque assez plat, facile à jouer.

Une strat qui répond à mes attentes, un manche très confortable, les micros font le job et couvrent tout les registres jusqu’au hard rock. Petite imperfection sur le corp sous le manche à peine visible. C’est une bonne alternative américaine au Fender mexicaine dans cette gamme de prix.
