Semi-hollow electric guitar

Inaugurated in 2016, the Streamliner line of semi-hollow body and Jazz Box electric guitars offers a range of instruments that perfectly combine the original Gretsch style with more contemporary features. The lutherie of the GRETSCH G2420TG Streamliner Hollow Body with Bigsby LTD (2807271505) takes up the fundamentals of the hollow body type: laminated Maple hollow body, glued Nato neck (alternative to Mahogany), Indian Laurel fingerboard (alternative to Rosewood), 24.75" scale.

Combining Alnico 2 and Alnico 5 magnets, Gretsch Broad'Tron BT-3S Humbucker pickups have superb character, with consistent bass, musical midrange and clear, hushed highs.
The push/pull volume control lets you switch between single and double winding, and the 22-fret medium-jumbo neck is very user-friendly, with an easy-to-grasp Soft C profile. The Laurier fingerboard is made from a high-quality alternative to rosewood. With its superior density and stability, its acoustic performance is comparable to that of Brazilian rosewood.
