TheIBANEZ AE Series AE140 OPN is a compact electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar in Concert Thinline form. The AE160 features a solid Okoume top (an alternative to mahogany), a laminated Okoume back and sides, and a Laurier fingerboard. It's great for unplugged playing, but can also be very practical on stage or in the studio, thanks to its intuitive Ibanez pre-amp with built-in tuner.
The A.I.R. port is an exclusive Ibanez system. The structure of the body allows sound waves to be redirected at the output to a specific point. The AE series enjoys a certain popularity, acclaimed for its comfort, attractive visual appeal and attractive price/performance ratio.
