Str shape electric guitar

Like all models in the JS range, the IBANEZ Made In Japan Joe Satriani JS1GD solid body electric guitar excels in Blues, Hard-Rock and Heavy Metal.
The level of luthiery and finish is Custom shop grade, and its components are hand-picked: alder body, bolt-on neck in maple, 24-fret midrange rosewood fingerboard, double-block Ibanez Edge vibrato, duo of DiMarzio Satchur8 pickups (passive, Alnico) and SUSTAINIAC Driver.

The JS1GD's control system features a push/pull Hi-pass filter on the volume control (preserves the high-frequency level when the guitar's volume is turned down) and a push/pull Coil-tap switch on the tone control (allows only one of the bridge pickup's two coils to be used).
