Solid body electric bass

For decades, Ibanez has been providing musicians with modern solid-body electric basses, featuring user-friendly ergonomics and circuits offering a wide range of tonal options. TheIBANEZ Standard SR1320SB IVF is no exception. It features an African Mahogany body (Ash top with sandblasted finish), a Panga Panga / Purpleheart bolt-on neck, a 24-fret Panga Panga fingerboard, Ibanez Nordstrand Big Break pickups, and an Ibanez custom passive or active circuit with three-band EQ. Panga-Panga is a species native to Central Africa, which some luthiers rank on a par with Brazilian Rosewood.
