Limited edition of 1000 units. The IK MULTIMEDIA Limited Edition ToneX One Brown Sound (Yellow) pedal was developed in collaboration with Jim Gaustad, who spent many years recreating Van Halen's legendary Brown Sound.
The ultra-compact case houses a circuit that provides you with a compilation of the impressive ToneX Brown Sound tones. They trace the artist's evolution over three periods/collections and six anthology albums: 78/79, 80/81, 82/84. The entire Brown Sound 78/79 collection can be unlocked, plus an additional preset of your choice from the other two collections.
20 presets are stored in the pedal and can be edited via Tonex Librarian. Developed using AI Machine Modeling technology and captured with vintage studio gear (SM57, U67 microphones...vintage-style analog console), the modeling is based on a single Marshall® Super Lead '68 amp (serial number #12301) and speaker cabinets equipped with different speaker configurations.
That's not all, as the signal upstream of the amp has been enhanced by captures of authentic vintage pedals used during the original recordings: Vega Wireless System, 1977 MXR MX117 Flanger, mid-seventies MXR MX101 Script Logo Phase 90, 1970s Maestro Echoplex EP-3 and even Belden 8410 and 8412 cables to reproduce high-frequency attenuation and cable capacitance.

Also available are a range of effects and features: 3-band EQ, compression, noise gate, reverb, tuner, USB 24-bit/44.1kHz audio interface, stereo headphone output (via TRS cable). You can use the ToneX One in Dual mode (switching two presets) or in Stomp mode (switching one preset ON/OFF).
