The Jackson MJ Series is an exciting collection of instruments carefully crafted in Japan, combining the brand’s expertise in performance with high-end features at a competitive price. The Rhoads RR24MG, which carries on the legendary legacy of guitarist Randy Rhoads, is a flagship model in this series.

Robust Construction for Optimal Playability

The Rhoads RR24MG stands out for its resonant alder body and three-piece maple through-neck, reinforced with graphite rods for ultimate stability. Its neck features 24 jumbo frets and synthetic mother-of-pearl shark-fin inlays, while the ebony fingerboard with a 12"-16" compound radius offers exceptional playing comfort, making it easy to play chords near the nut and solos in the higher registers. In addition, the phosphorescent Luminlay® side markers allow for precise orientation on the fretboard, even in the dark.

EMG Pickups for a Powerful and Precise Tone

The EMG® 81 bridge pickup and EMG 85 neck pickup deliver detailed intensity with deep mids, powerful bass, and crystal-clear highs. The 81 pickup cuts through even the densest leads, while the 85 ensures harmonic clarity even in the heaviest passages. Pickup control is simplified with a three-position pickup selector switch, a volume knob, and a tone knob.

High-end features for discerning guitarists

The Rhoads RR24MG is equipped with a Gotoh® GE1996T dual-locking vibrato system, ensuring tuning stability even during the most intense playing sessions. It also features Gotoh-branded sealed tuning machines and Dunlop® double-locking strap buttons for optimal performance.

Stylish Aesthetics and Meticulous Finishes

This model is available in a Gloss Black finish with yellow stripes or a Snow White finish with black stripes. Each version features a matching Jackson pointed neck and gold hardware, adding a touch of elegance to the performance.
