Volume, boost & expression effect pedal
The KEELEY Mini Katana is a multi-purpose boost pedal. In normal mode, it acts as a classic clean boost. If you need more drive, turn the High-Gain switch inside the pedal, while the Hi-Cut switch can be used to smooth out the spicy sound of a Strat or Tele, for example.
And when both switches are activated, you get the ultimate boost, a thick, creamy sound rich in harmonics with a volume reserve of up to +35Db thanks to its two cascaded JFET transistors. With its compact size it will fit on even the most cluttered pedalboards, and is John Mayer's preferred boost pedal.
