Folk guitar

Delivered in a gig bag, the LAG Travel Signature Vianney is a travel-sized (standard scale) electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar featuring a solid Sitka spruce top, a mahogany back/sides/neck trio, a Brownwood fingerboard and a Fishman Sonitone system (volume/tone control knobs in the soundhole). Brownwood is an ideal substitute for rosewood, derived from short-cycle pine from New Zealand. The wood is first dried to bring its moisture content down to 10%, then impregnated with catalysts and pigments in pressurized vats, followed by a second drying phase to bring its moisture content down to 2 or 3%, before a second pressurized impregnation, this time with resin.
The 3rd phase consists in compressing the material to lose up to 40% of its mass and densify it.
Last phase: fine sanding for perfect appearance and contact.

Une guitare très surprenante.

En effet, de son petit format, on ne s’attend pas à une telle puissance. C’est une guitare qui a besoin d’être joué « sauvagement » pour y faire sortir la couleur et les sons.

Une fois branchée, le micro donne de l’ampleur. Un micro de bonne qualité.

Accès compliqué aux aiguës, mais normal car c’est une guitare Travel (de petit gabarit).

Rapport qualité prix : impressionnant. Pour un prix abordable vous avez une guitare puissante et qui peux voyager facilement.

Je conseil fortement (pour les amateurs de Vianney ou non) ;)

C'est une guitare vraiment très attachante.
Petit format avec pas mal de coffre, et un son équilibré.
L'esthétique est simple et sobre, ne souffrant d'aucun reproche.
