An evolution of the already highly accomplished LAVA ME 3, the LAVA MUSIC Lava ME 4 Carbon 38 Freeboost with Space Bag (Pink) is an outstanding, resolutely innovative compact electro-acoustic guitar. At a time when concern for the environment is becoming urgent, it's as pleasant to play as it is perfectly functional, thanks to Freeboost 3.0 self-amplification technology and the HiLava system, while leaving a low carbon footprint. Available in two sizes: 36 (935.99 x 321.56 x 116.59 mm) or 38 (965.96 x 357.12 x 122.68 mm). The structure of the top, back, sides and neck of the Lava Me 4 combines Honeycomb v2.0 technology (+20% bass frequencies and +30% sustain) , AirSonic 2 Carbon Fiber (30% more impact-resistant) and 4-MASS. This combination enables the Lava Me 4 to deliver natural, musical tones, full and dynamic across the entire tonal spectrum.
The fingerboard is made of HPL (high pressure laminate). HPL is a composite material combining resin and paper, pressed and heated at very high temperatures. The fretwork is made using the Plek PRO machine, which optimizes the intonation of the instrument to an impressive degree. Thanks to the HiLava system and algorithms, you'll have access to a vast selection of on-board applications and functions, each more intelligent and practical than the last. Controls can be operated via the touchscreen and the dedicated smartphone app.
As for the Freeboost self-amplification system: the back of the instrument acts as a loudspeaker, and can generate reverb / delay / chorus effects controllable via dedicated potentiometers, the Lava Me 4 is an option worth considering for musicians of all levels.
