Sire Marcus Miller V7 Vintage Alder 4ST LH (2nd Gen) - tobacco sunburst

Left-handed model. Offering a level of performance worthy of the best American basses, the solidbody electric bass MARCUS MILLER V7 Vintage Alder 4-String 2nd Generation Left Hand (MN, TS, without gig bag) is unquestionably one of the best iterations of the Fender Jazz Bass on the market, in a vintage 70s spirit (asymmetrical body in American Alder, bolt-on neck in Maple, 34" scale).
Designed by the great Marcus Miller himself, it's both extremely comfortable and extremely versatile, thanks to the combination of pickups with Alnico V magnets and active 18v or passive electronics (via mini-switch) that provide a huge catalog of vintage or more contemporary tones, but expressive and generous in all circumstances.

Leaving aside the vintage-look bridge, the V7 Vintage differs from the V7 "Standard" in that its pickup set has been redesigned (the bridge pickup has been repositioned closer to the bridge for a taut, dynamic sound.
This evolution released in 2018 sees the introduction of Vintage-J Revolution pickups (new magnets and winding procedure) with a hyper-realistic vintage temperament, and rounded neck edges for optimum comfort.

Produced in Indonesia, sold in a Sire gig bag, in several variants (4 & 5 strings, left-handed, fretless).
