Acoustic bass
The MARTIN 000CJR-10E Bass (Burst Satin) is a small electro-acoustic folk bass (about 15/16th of a traditional Dreadnought) with a short scale (24"), built to the brand's high standards. Solid spruce top, solid Sapele back and sides. The fingerboard and bridge are made of Richlite, a high-quality composite material that has been used in the aeronautics and navy industries for many years, and which we consider a sure sign of credibility. Essentially composed of recycled paper and combined with phenolic resin, it is then heated to a very high temperature. The result of this skilful preparation is an alternative whose performance is totally comparable to that of Ebony.
