The MARTIN DJr-10E Sapele StreetMaster is a Dreadnought Junior acoustic/eletric guitar designed for players looking for big Dreadnought sound in a slightly smaller body.
The updated DJr-10E features satin finished sapele back and sides in a rich cherry hue, an option of satin finished Sitka spruce or Sapele top, a hand-rubbed neck with a high-performance taper and Fishman® Sonitone electronics.
This model also sports a thinner 000 body depth with softer back edges to provide maximum comfort while playing. Every Junior includes a soft gig bag for easy transport.

This model is an updated version of the discontinued D Jr. E

Achetée il y a quelques mois sur Lyon, cette petite guitare m’a été conseillée par un vendeur et je dois dire que j’ai bien fait de l’écouter. Sa taille junior facilite le transport pour l’apprentissage, en plus d’un grand confort de jeu. Petite mais offre le "Son Martin" !

Super petite guitare!

Déjà elle est plus jolie qu'en photo
Le rendu Streetmaster est très sympa

J'adore le son qui est plein de graves mais avec du médium et de l'aigu, bref un bel équilibre je trouve.
Le volume qui se dégage est impressionnant pour la taille et elle réagit bien à l'attaque

Par contre un passage chez le luthier s'impose car l'action est vraiment haute
Montée d'origine avec des Martin 12/54 mais tension faible

La housse est pas mal, elle épouse parfaitement la forme de la guitare, pas ultra épaisse mais ça devrait faire le job
Juste un peu de réserve sur les sangles qui font vraiment cheap et sont juste une bande de nylon
