Folk guitar
The MARTIN DJr-10E Sapele StreetMaster travel/children's or Dreadnought Junior steel-string acoustic guitar with solid Sapele top and laminated Sapele body is in the spirit of a Taylor Big Baby. Its dimensions are close to the 15/16th of a standard Martin Dreadnought, with a shortened 24" scale. It is therefore a travel or learning guitar for teenagers from 10 to 15 years of age, and is built to the brand's high standards. The fingerboard and bridge are made of Richlite, a high-quality composite material that has been used in the aeronautics and navy industries for many years, and which we consider a sure guarantee of credibility. Essentially composed of recycled paper and combined with phenolic resin, it is then heated to a very high temperature. The result of this skilful preparation is an alternative whose performance is totally comparable to that of Ebony.
