Electric guitar amp head
Designed and entirely hand-built by Pierangelo Mezzabarba in Italy, the MEZZABARBA M ZERO Overdrive Head can be considered a Ferrari of tube amplification for electric guitar. Somewhere between a Matchless and a 5150, the M ZERO Overdrive is a two-channel monster covering a vast range of tones from crystal clear to saturated high-gain. In all cases, its harmonic richness, clarity and punch are impressive. Channel 1 (Drive) ranges from a pure, elegant clean to a hyper-reactive English-style crunch, while Channel 2 (Overdrive) is an overdrive grail, from hard Blues to contemporary Metal. Founded in 1998, Masotti Guitar Devices and its Mezzabarba Custom Amplification department has become an essential reference point not only for Italian musicians, but also for international ones.
