The BROWNIE MINI CORE DISTORTION pedal from Nux delivers the famous sounds of the British tube amp stacks of the 70s and 80s that conquered stadium gigs. At the time, these British amp heads and their numerous speaker cabinets were modified to push the gain level even further, bringing out the wild solos of guitar heroes in the mix! The Nux Brownie Distortion recreates the preamp and power section of this "Brown Sound" with hybrid circuits reproducing the asymmetrical clipping characteristic of these tube amps. This keeps bass frequencies tight and defined, even with a lot of gain, for a powerful yet precise sound. With its simple, musical features, the Brownie Distortion pedal is truly a great classic distortion pedal in a very concentrated format!
