Cabinet simulator
The Solid Studio MKII is a complete amp simulation solution combined with the CYBER IR™ stereo module with independent left/right, marking the new turning point in the evolution of NUX products.
The Solid Studio MKII can be used like its predecessor and capture the sound of a real amp, replacing the role of the speaker and microphone placed in front of it, or it can be used as a pedal-format amp simulator to plug into the end of a pedalboard. Its USB plug enables it to function as an audio interface for recording, and to be controlled by its dedicated editing software.
Designed around its critically acclaimed line of NUX virtual loudspeakers (IRs), Solid Studio MKII completes its catalog of possibilities by adding a preamp and power amp simulation stage modeled from the TS/AC-4K algorithm, and welcomes the new CYBER IR™ stereo generator. It integrates MIDI via USB-C and comes with intuitive editing software available as a mobile app, providing guitarists of all levels with a state-of-the-art experience in a pocket-sized format.
This state-of-the-art amp simulation algorithm embellishes its reproductions with the features of the targeted models, such as HIGH and LOW channels, the 4 jumper inputs of vintage English amps, a voicing toogle switch, and plenty of other settings.
