Cabinet simulator
The NUX Verdugo Series Solid Studio NSS-5 IR & Power Amp Simulator is an indispensable interface for guitarists looking for an extremely flexible, high-quality audio power amplifier/cabinet/microphone simulation system. Three types of power stage (EL84, EL34, 6V6) are available, to be combined with eight speaker cabinet styles (in various speaker configurations, 1x12, 2x12, 4x12, 4x10) and eight reference microphone models (each microphone offers three positioning options).
You can connect the Solid Studio in a variety of ways: - between the pedalboard output, in parallel with your amp input and that of the recording/recording system - between the amp head and the recording/recording system, using your physical speaker cabinet (be careful not to use your amp without speaker cabinets or load boxes, or you risk damaging it). The Solid Studio's impulse responses are of well above-average quality, with a resolution of 2048/46ms and a latency of less than 1ms. The result is a highly realistic speaker cabinet sound. You can also create your own IRs.
