The PRS Custom 24 has been the spearhead of PRS guitars since its launch in 1985, for it was this sublime guitar that brought success. Even in this mainstream version, the SE Custom 24's quality is staggering: the essences are magnificent, the electronics deep and expressive, and the luthiery virtually irreproachable (insofar as perfection is not of this world). If you're looking for value for money, the SE Custom 24 won't disappoint: the 85/15 S pickups (split into single/double-coil via push/pull tone potentiometer) are almost as good as the US versions.
