Tweak the gain to add grit to your boosted tone, ranging from subtle purring to a firm bark in no time. Tone provides you with just amount of control over the shape of your sound. Roll it off and you'll get a warm low-end emphasis, crank it and you'll get heaps of fizzy goodness. Volume does exactly what you think it does.
It reinvigorates timbre, with fidelity of sound as afforded by its on board 4558 dual op-amp, offering stunning symmetrical clipping for smooth drive sounds and leagues of headroom should you require it.
