Released in 1991 and still in production, the MT-2 Metal Zone is one of the most popular compact saturation pedals, surpassed only by the DS-1 Distortion. Produced in Japan, the BOSS Waza Crat MT-2W Metal Zone revisits this benchmark effect and propels it to new heights of versatility.
Standard mode gives you access to an evolved version of the original classic Metal Zone sound, while Custom mode offers a whole new range of tones adapted to today's more saturated registers. Pedals from the Waza Craft range combine analog circuitry with modern technologies to boost effect capabilities. The double-stage gain circuit is made up of selected high-performance components, generating higher-quality tones that are clearer, more defined, more dynamic, with wider, more precise controls.
