Volume, boost & expression effect pedal
The SUHR Brighton Treble Booster pedal is the modern, improved version of a reference treble booster circuit from the 1960's (one of the first compact pedals in history!) The Surh features a BIAS control that makes it easy to find the "sweet spot" sought by connoisseurs (the BIAS setting of vintage models was irregular, giving very random results).
You'll also find a Body parameter to restore body to low frequencies, which were mostly degraded on vintage devices.
It's a fabulous tool for optimizing the sound of your guitar and amplifier, adding definition and presence without compromising its natural dynamics, harmonic richness, articulation and feel.
Inspired by the reference treble boosters, the Brighton Treble Booster will help you stand out from the densest mix, letting every note resonate in full clarity, whether in clean or saturated sound. The Suhr Brighton Treble Booster can, for example, enhance the clean channel of your amp or thicken the gain of your saturation pedal.
We generally recommend placing the Treble Booster directly at the guitar output. However, you can experiment with other positions in the signal chain.
