The TONE CITY AUDIO Tone City Double Durple Overdrive / Boost is an evolution of the Durple, developed in partnership with Peter "Danish Pete" Honoré (Tom Jones, Lionel Richie, Nicole Scherzinger, and Youtuber). The original Durple pedal is a low/mid gain overdrive, itself inspired by the brand's best-selling Mandragora, with revised EQ (additional midrange control), but Peter Honoré found THE sound by combining a Tone City Blues Man and a Durple. The idea behind the Double Durple is to combine these two circuits in the same box, for maximum flexibility. Both circuits can be activated simultaneously or individually.
