The Beekeeper is a high-end tube Boutique Pedal, equipped with two 12AX7s, made in Canada. Its high-voltage circuitry (280VDC) allows it to authentically capture the grain typical of the above-mentioned tube amps. It has two channels: - the Clean channel delivers musical clean tones, with a midrange emphasis that lets you cut through any mix, without any tonal acidity. The circuit's responsiveness to your playing is sublime, with an ability to reach the famous "breakup" in a very natural way. - the Overdrive channel produces thick, creamy, complex, explosive saturation. Both channels are connected in series/cascade. You can connect the Beekeeper to the input of your amp, to the return of its effects loop to attack the power stage directly, or to a recording system with speaker cabinet / IR simulation. Controls and filters are both intuitive and efficient.
