Vox AC15C2 Twin Custom Celestion Greenback - Black

Introduced in 1958, the VOX AC15 combo has become a classic among classic all-tube guitar amps; the Vox AC15C2 Twin (15 watts, 2x Celestion Greenback speaker, Tremolo, Reverb) is directly inspired by it. An intermediary between the AC15C1 and AC30C2, it has the power of the former combined with the 2x12" and reverb of the latter, giving it a good dose of amplitude and thickness.
As for the rest, the formula remains unchanged: two channels (Normal, Top-Boost), each equipped with its own Volume controls; the Top Boost channel is armed with highly interactive and subtle, if not plethoric, equalization. On the Master section, the two channels can be adjusted using the Tone Cut and Volume potentiometers; the Tone Cut (presence) function operates on the power stage, and is therefore more efficient than on the preamp section where it is usually located.
The Master Volume acts in conjunction with the volume of each channel, providing access to a wide variety of textures, more or less distorted and compressed. Complete connectivity: Normal input jack, Top Boost input jack, Footswitch jack, External loudspeaker jack, Extension loudspeaker jack.
