Based on the Italian Clyde McCoy electric guitar effects pedal of '67-'68, the XOTIC XW-1 wah pedal also features external and internal settings that make it highly versatile, all in a package 20% smaller than most wah pedals on the market.
Externally, in addition to dual-band EQ, Bias provides more volume and bass, or more clarity and transparency, while Wah-Q controls filter width. The rubber stop and balance torsion can be adjusted, and the LED indicates when the battery is too low. Internally, you can set input gain, balance range, presence and Wah-Q frequency. It uses a relay bypass for true bypassing, and its buffer makes it ideal for tuning fuzzes.
