Its small, user-friendly size, pleasant neck (reduced string spacing for optimum playability), cutaway for easy access to high registers, and Yamaha System 65 pre-amplification (SRT sensor) are both respectful of the instrument and flexible.
With its Spruce top, Nato body and Rosewood fingerboard, it delivers a well-balanced sound with a much fuller bass than most of its competitors of similar size/depth. The APX600 has everything to please beginners and more experienced guitarists alike.
