Made in Japan, the YAMAHA Pro Series BBP34 MB solidbody electric bass combines traditional luthiery (Alder/Maple/Alder sandwich body, five-piece Maple/Mahogany bolt-on neck, 21-fret Rosewood fingerboard), pickups equipped with warm, dynamic Alnico V magnets, and high-quality hardware:
- 6-point neck attachment for improved sustain - "Vintage Plus Light" bridge/cordier with 45° string inclination for reduced stress, without altering vibration transfer This is a pleasant instrument to play, highly polished and with extensive versatility.

Yamaha's exclusive IRA (Initial Response Acceleration) wood treatment process releases the stresses that block resonance. Anticipating the aging of wood species, you'll be playing a brand-new instrument that sounds like vintage.
