The YAMAHA Transacoustic CG-TA classical guitar (solid spruce top, laminated Ovangkol body, rosewood fingerboard) is unlike any other instrument: thanks to onboard Transacoustic technology, you'll enjoy an ideal acoustic environment without the need for an amp or effects.
A transducer installed on the inside of the back of the body transforms the piezo signal and transfers it mechanically to the back of the instrument, producing a reverb or chorus naturally amplified by the body. Three controls allow you to mix the effects, adjust the output volume and deactivate the Transacoustic system.
