Bass combo amp
The Katana-110 Bass features 60 watts of power, a 10" (25 cm) woofer and a tweeter, making it ideal for home and studio use, as well as on small stages. The tweeter provides the high frequencies needed for slap and other modern styles, but can be switched off for a more traditional sound. The Katana range is famous for its built-in BOSS effects, and the new Katana bass amps are no exception. Dedicated Comp/Limiter and Drive sections take care of basic processing, while FX1 and FX2 provide a treasure trove of effects from the BOSS bass sound library: from standards like Chorus and Flangers to Octaver, synth bass and more. The FX2 section also features Reverb and Delay, and over 60 effect types can be loaded via BOSS Tone Studio software. The Katana-110 Bass and Katana-210 Bass front-panel controllers make it easy to fine-tune the details of your sound. The Blend section, inspired by studio work, allows the bassist to retrieve the Dry signal, which he can then pre-model using three customizable settings to achieve the optimum timbral blend. A full 4-band EQ is also included, as well as a choice of three target frequencies for the upper and lower mids. With six Tone Setting memories, you can save and recall six favorite sound settings, including preamp type, EQ and effects.
